Create a List of things that make YOU happy. Go to this list and do at least one of them when you are having a down day. It's ok to take a recharge day, we recommend that you schedule one every week.
Forgive, Reset, and begin your new life. Our workbook will walk you step by step through each of these stages over time. You didn't get here in one day, your recovery will taker less time with a system, but it will certainly take longer than one day. Do not rush the process, give yourself time to heal along the way.
